A trip [15 Oct 2007|08:39pm]
I wanna make a trip Europe, likely somewhere in England. I would go by myself just to get away from things that I know all too well. I wish to jump into things that are all but unknown to me. I really don't know how to go about it. Maybe I just pick a place and just go. I would likely just end up just haunting the local shops and things. There would be no plan or itinerary, I'll just go.

"Guitar player is looking for a bassist, a drummer, and/or even an existing group that could use a guitarist who has practiced Blues, Hard Rock and Metal for several years. Nothing serious, just something to do besides going to work everyday. Practicing and gigging is what I have in mind."

Howdy! [30 Jan 2006|10:59am]
I awoke to find myself in a deep midst upon this day's observance of the sunrise. I make my way to transport so that I may arrive to my SOFTWARE ENGINEERING CLASS BY 8AM!!! Well, that's ok. We were told that we would never have to wake up so early again unless it's to attend an xml or php seminar. I actually enjoy waking up early. I just wish I had some more rest. I think I'll go upstairs in the library to read the psych textbook and listen to some Grateful Dead. I've been reading The Fountainhead during the past two days and I am really enjoying it. I haven't read a good book in quite some time. I have lab from 1-3 later on, should be fun.

Breaking the silence! [17 Jan 2006|02:49pm]
Excuse the drama there,

Well, I finally met [info]evillucy and since she wishes for me to update this sucker, I figured, SURE! I don't know what else to say really. I haven't typed in any of my journals for quite some time. It seemed boring when all of my posts were about my uneventful days. My posts seemed to bore people so much that they would receive a sparse amount of comments. Well, I can care less about comments, I'm no attention whore (like me, please like me!)

I finally hung out with [info]comrade_m. I've known him since CTV days and I have him to thank for introducing me to the coolest babe EVER! Lucy, Pat and I shot the breeze about all kinds of stuff over a bunch of drinks in Otto's Shrunken Head. The decor of the place is quite lovely. It also felt quite cozy since it was quiet last night. I can't wait to see the place on a friday night. Well, I predict some fun-times ahead which is great considering that I'm starting the new (and perhaps last) semester of school tomorrow.

Pretend I'M singing this [30 Mar 2003|03:28am]
[ mood | aite! ]
[ music | Black Sabbath - Cornucopia ]

<*tetesuro voice*>
Too much near the truth they say
Keep it 'til another day
Let them have their little game
Delusion helps to keep them sane

Let them have their little toys
Matchbox cars and more kids joys
Exciting in their plastic ways
Frozen food in a concrete place

Your gonna go insane
I'm tryin' to save your brain

Alright!

I don't know what's happening
My head's all torn inside
People say I'm heavy
They don't know what I hide

Take a life it's going cheap
Kill someone no one will weep
Freedom's yours just pay your dues
We just want your soul to use

Your gonna go insane
I'm tryin' to save your brain

Well, atleast poly has my gpa straight. If they had it right before the holidays, perhaps I wouldn't have even bothered with this 2 week long mess! A matter of fact, my grades were averaged incorrectly for the last 12 MONTHS!!! This really pisses me off. Hopefully I get an 'i' in this course and perhaps I'll still have a scholarship. I really need a break.

Good Morning. [01 Jan 2003|06:00am]
[ mood | touched ]
[ music | The Orchid compositions by Opeth ]

I Travel by bus to home this fair morning where I encountered the most heavenly sights and sounds. As the bus travels under the hazy sunlit sky, I listen to the tunes of Orchid by Opeth. On the stretch of Bement, a fair maiden came upon my bus and sat down where I can see her heavenly presence. Dark and moderately curly hair stretch down just past her shoulders. She, dressed in black leather overcoat, bell bottom jeans and lovely black shoes. Unfastening her jacket shortly upon taking her place upon the bus and then shortly thereafter making a phone-call.
As I watched this fair maiden in complete awe and curiosity, the songs I listen too sounded ever so much sweeter. I inquired upon myself on how I may approach this lady and open a door to further contact with this fair presence. I came to the conclusion that I was not in the sufficient state to begin conversation with this stranger. I was tired, perhaps even smelly and had to pee! I was even too young since this lady that was fair appeared to be significantly elder to my age by perhaps ten years.
She remained on the bus when my leg of the journey was complete. ...or was my journey complete? I hope that soon I will once again encounter this fine beauty.

Gosh-golly, so many homos and faghags. [29 Dec 2002|03:48am]
[ mood | accomplished ]
[ music | Opeth - The Moor ]

Today, I embarked on another journey into the city. I met up with Matt then Randy so that we may fulfill certain needs including sex, music, and fasion. We started our journey from this starbux in SOHO where there were plenty of females and mac users. I even noticed three lovly ladies sitting unescorted by men but instead of joining them, we starting shopping the clothing stores so that randy can find some thrifty overpriced shirts and search for female companionship.
Lets back up for a moment. Ever since before I met up with any of my friends, I've noticed on the boat ride that there were alot of couples enjoying this fine day. These couples came in the color of red sneakers, black rimmed emo glasses and long black hair. I'm sorry, that only describes most of the guys I've encountered with the fine ladies but the females weren't better off. Now, I'm not really an expert on fasion but this all adds up to a really bad sit-com episode with so many queers (BOYS AND GIRLS). I mean, I'm waiting for the subway to meet up with Matt and theres this extremely beautiful dark haired young lady making out with this EMO queer. I gotta say, queer looking red sneakers looks fine on the female (cause I saw some men in red sneakers also)and that EMO queer was wearing chux. This EMO queer had this embarassing look on his face when this hot young babe first tried to kiss him too.
Anyways, we met some fine ladies during the evening but didn't get any contacts. It was weird, one of the stores we ended up in was selling 1970ish t-shirts for $20-$30. We even found a stack of cum stained pants for $40.00. We also found these lame snowboard shirts that when turned inside out, would say "Ride The Bone" and another said "Ride it Hard." I almost felt like including this in a conversation with the friendly voluptuous store clerk that I was getting along with quite nicely. We even stopped by the Canal st jean co. They seemed to have a nice pair of UFOS that I may choose to purchase at a later time, but at $40 I really don't think I should bother. That was there "sell out" price too, hence the Canal St. Jean Co. will cease to exist soon. We tried looking for army surplus clothing that I've heard about the place having but there really wasn't much there at all. At some point, we ended up on St Marks place were I paid $14 for a very magic ring. Bravo to Randy for helping me find the ring. I type this entry with the magic ring.
After all that, we ended up at a blues rehearsal studio located uptown. I was dosing off a bit since I didn't really sleep much the night before but I must say it was a pretty awesome expirience. There were like 4 guitar players, a 5 string fretless bass player and a drummer in this one small rehearsal room. All sounded quite nice. At some point, I was given the chance to fiddle aroud with a gibson Les Paul which I've never really touched before.
We ended the evening with a small excusion to EZ everything, the cyber-cafe on 42nd. Then, at 12:00am, we started our way back to our respective dwellings. I most also mention the progress I'm making in reading "Physics For Game Developers" by Bourg. I had the chance the read this gem as I rode the ferry to and from the city. A worthy christmas gift from my parental units. Oh yeah, on our way towards EZ everything, we encountered Will/Compudroid walking with these two girls.

Note: For any who may feel offended by some of my comments towards queers, EMO scum and faghags, my apologies. This is not met towards anyone personally but just something towards a common trend I notice and dislike.

Please welcome, Mr Geddy Lee! [24 Dec 2002|03:43am]
I got my Rush shirt from CANADA today!

O Canada! Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North, strong and free!
From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

Refrain
O Canada, glorious and free!
We stand on guard, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!

O Canada! Where pines and maples grow.
Great prairies spread and lordly rivers flow.
How dear to us thy broad domain,
From East to Western Sea,
Thou land of hope for all who toil!
Thou True North, strong and free!

Refrain
O Canada, glorious and free!
We stand on guard, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!

O Canada! Beneath thy shining skies
May stalwart sons and gentle maidens rise,
To keep thee steadfast through the years
From East to Western Sea,
Our own beloved native land!
Our True North, strong and free!

Refrain
O Canada, glorious and free!
We stand on guard, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!

Ruler supreme, who hearest humble prayer,
Hold our dominion within thy loving care;
Help us to find, O God, in thee
A lasting, rich reward,
As waiting for the Better Day,
We ever stand on guard.

Refrain
O Canada, glorious and free!
We stand on guard, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!

Hmm, just a uncomfortable turn of events.... [19 Dec 2002|09:54pm]
1) I think I saw someone on the bus I knew from HighSchool.
2) Then I see girl at ferry terminal this morning whose from poly but wasn't sure until I started talking to her on the train 35 minutes later (lost precious time with opposite sex)
3)Took and flunked calc II final
4)found out my hair was all fucked up!
5)Didn't get down girl's contact info when last I saw her today (last time I see her for a month perhaps :-/)
6)talked to CS professor about.... STUFF (random stuff, computers, coding, unix and funstuff, very cool convo, then my grade, participation, lateness, attendence to lectures) ...he somewhat appreciates my participation but doesn't seem to forget certain things and I will see whatever grade I've achieved tomorrow.:-/ (refer to last post)

I might say, "I'm quitting poly" but I never say die. The holiday season is a time of merriment and joy. I will certinly be sure to live out the holiday season to its fullest.

Gosh, golly, darn... [19 Dec 2002|06:50pm]
...what a half-ass day flunking the half-ass Calc II final. What was more interesting was that insanley long conversation I had with my CS prof about random coding/unix stuff which was pretty cool but kinda ended on a sour note with my somewhat shameless appeal to tell him how much I've contributed to the class discussions even if I did show up 15 minutes late to most lectures and missed some of 'em. He actually noticed all this too. Well, I really don't think he cares much but my evil grade on the final, a 66!!! just one more to complete the circle.
It really was an interesting conversation, he even suggested that I should read more of the "K and R" book and actually master 'C' since I have such a keen interest.
